The 5A State Volleyball Tournament starts this week and Georgetown is making its first appearance. The Lady Eagles advanced to the Final Four for the first time in school history.

Led by second-year head coach Jenny Richardson, the Lady Eagles will go up against the three-time defending state champs in Amarillo.
 
Georgetown has faced all kinds of adversity this season from injuries, to sickness, to even a stolen car. Coach Richardson and her team are choosing to focus on the positive which they hope will include a state title.
