1 killed, 3 injured after two car accident in Oak Hill

Travis County Sheriff's Deputies say one person is dead and three others were injured after a two-car accident that happened Friday morning on Highway 290.

Traffic on U.S. Highway 290 west of Oak Hill is being rerouted after the accident, which happened at 6:53 a.m. Friday. Deputies say that a Toyota Camry crossed the center line on Highway 290 and struck a Ford F-250 truck head on.

The driver of of the Camry was pronounced dead on the scene. Three people, the passenger of the Camry and the driver and passenger of the truck, were transported to University Medical Center at Brackenridge, one with critical injuries.
