Governor Perry attended a prayer service in Killeen late Sunday afternoon.

The prayer service took place at the First Baptist Church.

Speakers offered words of inspiration to the mourning parishioners. “The decision to serve ones country is not one that's easily made, but it is most often in response to a calling,” Said Governor Perry.

The names of those killed in Thursday’s shooting were read aloud.

There was also music, singing...and praying.
